Orchard Point Harbour Phase 2 by Orchard Point Corporation is a new condominium development currently in pre-construction at 100 Orchard Point Road in Orillia, Ontario. Prices start from the $300,000's and this development is scheduled for completion in 2017.

The fee will be determined by the Condominium Board.
Once Orchard Point Harbour Condos in Orillia is completed, the amenities will include an outdoor infinity pool and a hot tub outside the lakeside fitness centre complete with men and women’s change rooms, saunas, and yoga studio. Roof top amenities will exist above Phase 2 for all owners to enjoy with terrace and indoor common areas. On-site boat slips are managed by Starport Marina and seasonal fees are dependent on the boat size.
Monthly maintenance are calculated to be approximately $0.49/square foot for Phase 2. These fees include building maintenance, common area maintenance, gas (heating & BBQ); garbage disposal and water. Hydro, cable, telephone, internet are not included in the maintenance fees.
There is a $5,000 deposit due on the date of the signing of the purchase agreement. A second deposit of 5% of the purchase price (including the $5,000) is due at 15 days after signing, 5% at 60 days after signing, 5% at 120 days after signing and an additional 5% due at Occupancy. The HST is included in the purchase price of the suite.
